Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Magic Swan. We value your business and are committed to providing high-quality event rental services and exceptional customer care. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refund eligibility is based on the amount of notice provided prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date will be charged in full.


Refunds

If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Delivery fees, setup fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable once services have been scheduled.


Security Deposits

Security deposits are refundable provided all rental items are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, excluding normal wear and tear. Deductions may be made for damaged, lost, or excessively dirty items. Refunds of security deposits will be processed after items are inspected.


Exchanges & Modifications

Changes to rental orders, including quantity adjustments or item substitutions, must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date and are subject to availability. Modifications requested after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.


Weather & Force Majeure

Magic Swan is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to weather conditions, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control. Rentals remain non-refundable in these situations unless otherwise determined at our discretion.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the proper use, care, and safekeeping of all rented items from delivery to pickup. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
